SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to text messages sent by Savelli Systems (“Savelli Systems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in to receive text messages from Savelli Systems, you agree to these Terms.

1. SMS Program Description

Savelli Systems may send text messages related to your inquiry, appointment, requested information, website or marketing services, follow-up, reminders, account updates, and occasional promotional communications.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the services or information you request.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By checking an SMS-consent box, responding affirmatively to an opt-in request, or otherwise providing express consent, you authorize Savelli Systems to send recurring automated and non-automated text messages to the mobile number you provide.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.

4. Opting Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.

After you opt out, we may send one final message confirming that your opt-out request has been processed. You will not receive further marketing text messages unless you later provide new consent to opt in.
